Antiqq will not be liable to any client or entity guaranteeing under or through the client for any loss or harm, whether indirect, accidental, or consequential, irrespective of the action in tort or contract, regarding this agreement.

8. Miscellaneous
This ‘Terms & Conditions’ agreement constitutes the understanding and agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter. It may be altered from time to time at Antiqq’s sole discretion. Notice of any changes will be sent to the client's last known email address.
